Ken Cobley
Senior Construction/Project Manager

Ken has 33 years of experience in construction contract administration and management of public works projects. He spent 25 years working for local heavy civil contractors where he was responsible for all aspects of construction - from the initial bid estimate to day-to-day management of construction activities. He led weekly construction meetings involving the Owner, subcontractors and multiple third-party interests including business owners, homeowners, EPA, DOE, and the Army Corps of Engineers. He managed the completion of identified issues through resolution and was accountable for scheduling, estimating, QA/QC, and staffing through project completion. He coordinates the design team and contractor to maintain a steady flow of information and proper document tracking, change management and negotiation, and he reviews and manages the schedule, pay applications, submittals, RFIs, plans, specifications, permits, community relations and quality control.

John Langer, AVS
Senior Cost Estimator

John has more than 47 years of professional experience, with an emphasis on engineering, estimating, and project management. He has performed these functions on projects ranging from large civil projects, to offshore oil production facilities in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico, to estimating work in the Caribbean, to the construction of wastewater treatment facilities for both municipalities and private enterprise. John has held positions as a Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. He has also served as the Manager of Estimating and as a consultant to the construction industry.

Amanda Sprang Shesterkin
Managing Director

 

Amanda has over fifteen years of experience in Program and Project Management, leading multiple teams that provided program, project, and construction management services in an EPC environment.  She is experienced in compliance and risk management, and drafting and executing procedures on major projects with a dollar value of 4 to 18 billion for clients such as ExxonMobil, Fluor, Raytheon, British Petroleum, and various international government agencies.  She has a thorough understanding of project management, processes, and procedures from project feasibility to close-out.  She holds a degree from Colby College in Maine, in International Studies and Russian, graduating Summa Cum Laude in both majors.  She is a Seattle native, and attended Lakeside School.

Steven Johnson

Assistant Project Manager

Steven has over 25 years of experience overseeing contract and subcontract work. His skills include managing and supervising a wide range of public work projects, with contracts ranging from $500,000 to $4 million. He is well-versed as a liaison between the contracting agency and the public for community and park projects, city-wide projects, and state projects. Steven is knowledgeable and experienced in all WSDOT, WDFW, county, and city requirements for Construction Inspection and Construction Management.

Camille has 12 years of experience leading the planning, execution, and timely completion of hospitality, aviation, and healthcare projects. She is currently responsible for the national transportation operations of Microsoft and Amazon Shuttle Connect buses, including state and federal regulatory compliance. She is skilled at coordinating complex, time-sensitive projects in collaboration with diverse internal, vendor, and client teams. She works to develop new processes, procedures, and systems to ensure projects run consistently and efficiently. She develops and implements action plans to troubleshoot obstacles, addresses customer change orders against contractual targets, and composes and maintains detailed employee and regulatory documentation.

Greg Kitz, P.E.
Senior Scheduler

A master scheduler, Greg has over 30 years of professional experience working complex projects in the public and private sector. He has worked with Sound Transit, King County, City of Tacoma, WSDOT, and Port of Seattle. A recognized expert in his field, he is frequently engaged by clients to assist in dispute resolution, claims, and forensic scheduling. Greg contributes to professional project control teams by providing scheduling support for project managers, directors, and stakeholders in their efforts to achieve project success through integrated project control systems. Greg is pro-active, project-focused, self-motivated, and an effective communicator.
